Giving means
giving someone else something
that you would most like to keep for yourself.
(Selma Lagerlöf)

Humans have an innate
“will to meaning”
(Viktor Frankl)
You are accustomed to taking on a lot of responsibility for your employees and bearing high financial risks. Your operational or strategic decisions must be systematically thought through, analyzed, and reflected upon, and have far-reaching consequences for others. Added to this are the diverse changes and upheavals of our time – ranging from challenges resulting from digitalization to those of the eco-social transformation of our society and economy. You have recognized that your employees are the key to the company’s success.
The following topics might interest you or you might want to discuss:
- How can I, as a leader, fully tap into the potential of my employees?
- How can you optimally motivate and challenge your employees while also keeping target agreements in mind?
- How much trust do you have in your employees’ work – including when they work from home?
- How do you recognize if your employee is at risk of burnout?
- What fears concern you?
- How do you set the course for changes in the company?
- How can I improve knowledge transfer between the different generations of my employees?
- How do I stay healthy despite the many demands?
- etc.
There is not just one correct answer to the questions listed above. As the expert of your life, you decide which one is most suitable for you. However, as a supervisor, coach, (business) consultant, and psychotherapist, I can professionally support you in finding the answers that are right for you.

The secret of happiness lies not in possession but in giving.
Who makes others happy becomes happy.
(Andre Gide)
Your motto is: “A healthy mind resides in a healthy body”. Therefore, you strive to lead a healthy life. To achieve your individual quality of life, you regularly exercise and pay attention to your diet. You aim for a healthy balance between tension and performance (sympathetic nervous system) and regeneration and relaxation (parasympathetic nervous system).
You know that the line between a healthy lifestyle and well-being on one side, and the risk of falling into a daily counterproductive or stressful hamster wheel on the other, is thin.
Your mental health depends – besides emotional, intellectual, cognitive, and physical balance – also on your social well-being. Your family, partners, and friends form an important “biotope” for promoting (or limiting) your mental balance.
Therefore, you are interested in topics such as:
- Am I utilizing my personal sources of replenishment?
- Toxic thoughts keep emerging, like … “I can’t do this…”.
How do I deal with such “mental interruptions”? Can I control these thoughts? What happens when these thoughts become increasingly dominant? - FOMO (fear of missing out) is not a foreign concept to you. How can I free myself from this “compulsion”?
- Most of your daily routines are externally controlled – this bothers you. How can I effect a change and become the “captain of my life” again?
- You’re concerned with self-realization and the use and development of potentials to achieve maximum quality of life. How do I reach these goals?
- How can I spend my free time without falling into stress in this area as well?
- etc.
The Wellness Package supports you in taking personal responsibility and self-efficacy for your lifestyle – to integrate more health and well-being into your daily life. The goal of this package is to question and, if necessary, optimize your individual coping strategies.

Giving is easy;
making giving unnecessary,
is much harder.
(Henry Ford)
Do you feel comfortable in your body? Physical well-being is influenced by feelings and thoughts and consciously and unconsciously affects satisfaction or causes dissatisfaction. How satisfied are you with your appearance, your body, your expression? You may remember the feeling from the past when you saw sparkling eyes, a well-toned body, and a confident expression in the mirror. Today, you have to resist daily temptations because the body tolerates fewer ‘sins’. Either advertising dictates what it means to be beautiful and successful, or your friends or family unconsciously put pressure on you.
If you want to ‘tune’ your body and increase your satisfaction, then this package is right for you. The following topics, among others, will be addressed:
- I feel too fat/too thin.
- My body mass index has been continuously moving in only one direction for some time now.
- I have tried numerous diets that were expensive but led to no change and ended with the yo-yo effect.
- When eating, I find it difficult to stop – even when I’m already full.
- You feel uncomfortable in your body, although everyone says ‘…You look fine…’
- You want to treat your body more lovingly.
- For you, eating has many functions, e.g., compensating for sadness, fear, and frustration.
- I no longer feel comfortable in my body as a man/woman. My desire to change my gender is becoming more intense.
- etc.
This offer is aimed at people who also long for physical satisfaction, regardless of whether 2 kg, 20 kg, or 50 kg separate you from your ideal weight.

The degree and type of a person’s sexuality
extends to the highest peak of their mind.
(Friedrich Nietzsche)
You want to talk to a neutral person about certain topics that typically concern women/men/a third gender. These topics are important to you and are in different stages. Either your opinion is already so entrenched that you want to do persuasive work in every discussion, which then ends in an argument, or you feel misunderstood afterward. Your emotional barometer ranges from unhappy to angry. Or it’s about so-called taboo topics that you don’t want to confide in anyone, such as sexuality and aging. You may be looking for your own standpoint.
You have not yet formed a solid opinion on the following topics and would like to explore them:
- Accepting or dissolving typical gender roles
- Aging and all the associated privileges and sufferings
- Experiencing sexuality, passion, eroticism – internally and externally
- Accepting or not accepting polyamorous relationships
- Enabling closeness and distance in your own family
- Shaping the coming out process
- Honesty and truths in your own family
- Standing up for yourself and your needs
- Dealing with fears
- etc.
For this package, a male psychotherapist is also available upon request.

A person appears,
by entering into relationships with other persons.
(Martin Buber)
You have been living alone for some time and have become (once again) single for various reasons. The causes can be diverse, for example, due to a separation, because your partner passed away, or because you have never lived in a long-term relationship. You have either become a convinced single or you have not yet given up hope of finding ‘the right lid for the pot’ again. The challenges of single life lie not only in finding your individual lifestyle but also in resisting friendly calls. In both cases, you are working on allowing yourself daily joys and creating moments of happiness.
The following topics/questions interest you:
- Receiving invitations out of pity and dealing with them
- Resisting matchmaking attempts from friends
- Being the third wheel
- Happy couples make you sad
- Being available as a shoulder to cry on – but nothing more
- Lonely evenings
- etc.
People need relationships. How you shape these is up to you. This package is aimed at individuals who want to reflect on their situation and possibly optimize it.
